This one-day program is designed to help procurement professionals streamline the entire sourcing lifecycle—from needs identification to contract award—using ChatGPT as an intelligent assistant and remaining sensitive to what is or is not public data. One of the key outcomes is showing how a single individual can create and award an RFP using AI-augmented workflows, increasing both speed and quality while maintaining public sector compliance.

The training is designed to be fully interactive and grounded in the Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM®) framework, adapted for public procurement and infused with AI-driven strategies. The workshop will follow a structured, hands-on format using real-world procurement tasks and public data. Participants will engage in live exercises and collaborative learning.
