Michael Baumann, Senior Healthcare Consultant of the Midwest Region Government Sector at MMCAP Infuse will create awareness of cooperative contracts available to our chapter members as a resource for procurement needs related to the pandemic.
Luke Jannett, Acquisitions Manager for the Office of State Procurement, will present updates on the State’s Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) program. This will include recently awarded contracts and agreements specific to PPE, medical supplies, and related services. This session will also include information on the role of public/private partnerships in the State’s pandemic response. |

This session highlights the intricate value brought not only to organizations and communities but also to the professionals who support the public procurement efforts today and in the future. |

Christin Webb, Certified Professional Public Buyer with fifteen years of combined leadership and procurement experience in the public and private sectors. Is a leadership enthusiast and procurement and community leader who thrives on helping others reach their most significant potential. Christin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Memphis and an MBA from Webster University. She is a Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) and NIGP Certified Procurement Professional (NIGP-CPP). She is also an alumnus of the Dale Carnegie leadership program and Leadership Memphis.
With over 15 years of combined management and procurement experience in both public and private industry, Christin currently serves as the Administrator of Purchasing for Shelby County Government, where she is responsible for the procurement of all County goods and services. Passionate about giving back to the procurement field, Christin serves as the Vice President of the Tennessee Association of Public Purchasing (TAPP) and NIGP Talent Council member. To propel her passion for leadership, Christin founded The Greater You Leadership Series, leadership development and consulting agency. Her company has trained and consulted with individuals, schools, colleges, non-profits, and corporations to assist in developing effective leadership through a variety of courses, workshops, podcasts, speaking engagements, and special events. |
